Returning or exchanging products
Customized products are manufactured after we receive a purchase order. For that reason, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
As customized products are manufactured after we receive a purchase order, products can be returned or exchanged only for the following reasons:
- The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.
- The product delivered was damaged or is dirty.
If you received a product which is different from the one you ordered, we will accept your claim for a return or an exchange only when all of the following conditions have been met.
Conditions for returning or exchanging a product
- If you inform us that you are returning a product within 4 days from the date of delivery.
- If we are able to determine that the product has not been used based on our standards.
- If all accessories, the box, and the like have not been discarded, but remain in the same condition as when the product was delivered.
- If you complete procedures to return the product within 8 days after delivery.
Even if you received the wrong product or the product you received was damaged or dirty, returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the event that any one of the following conditions applies.
Conditions for rejecting a claim for returning or exchanging a product
- If we are not notified of the return in advance
- If we are notified of your intention to return or exchange a product 4 days or more after delivery
- If any item delivered to you such as accessories, the box, the product, and the like have been lost, damaged partially or entirety.
- If the product has a smell, dirt or is damaged due to a factor attributable to you
- If a name was embroidered on the product or the product was fabricated in a special way
- If your product was modified, washed or cleaned
Return a product
Please inform us via email, and provide the following information within 3 days of product delivery. The Subject line in the email should read: “Return/exchange of an LINN-S product”

- Date of your order
- Reason for returning the product
- Photos supporting your reasons for returning the product
After checking your email, the person in charge of the online shop will contact you via email.
Please follow the directions you receive to return the product as pay-on-delivery.
- We are not liable for any trouble such as non-delivery if you return the product without ensuring that a shipping record such as a delivery statement or the like is issued.
After checking the product you returned, we will refund your money only if all of the conditions for not accepting your claim for returning or exchanging a product have been met.
- If any of the conditions for not accepting your claim for returning or exchanging a productare not met, we will return the product to you and bill you for any charges we incurred to return the product to you.
Refunds
If you made your payment using a credit card, we will refund your money to your bank account via your credit card company. If you made your payment via PayPal account, we will refund your money via your PayPal account.
- For details about when your refund will be paid using your credit card, and when the refund will be listed on your credit card statement, contact your credit card company.
- Refunds are made in Japanee Yen, so there may be a slight difference between the amount you paid and the amount that will be refunded because of unavoidable fluctuations in currency exchanges.
When claims for product returns are unacceptable
Products cannot be returned for personal reasons because of characteristics specific to Internet shopping.
This product was customized and manufactured after we received your purchase order. For that reason, your order cannot be cancelled, replaced or exchanged simply for personal reasons.
If you have any questions or concerns, contact us before placing an order.
In the following cases, we do not accept cancellations, returns or requests to exchange a product.
- If you ordered incorrectly
- If the product you received has a color or design that differs from the images you saw on the website
- If the product delivered differs from what you envisioned
- If there is a slight difference between the size indicated at the online shop and that of the actual product
- If the size is incorrect
